- Numbers 12:1-2 – Aaron and Miriam criticize Moses: “Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married, for he had married a Cushite woman. And they said, ‘Has the Lord indeed spoken only through Moses? Has he not spoken through us also?’ And the Lord heard it.”
- Numbers 16:1-2 – Korah’s rebellion against Aaron: “Now Korah the son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, and On the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men. And they rose up before Moses, with a number of the people of Israel, 250 chiefs of the congregation, chosen from the assembly, well-known men.”

- Joshua 8:33 – Aaron and Hur help Moses: “And all Israel, sojourner as well as native born, with their elders and officers and their judges, stood on opposite sides of the ark before the Levitical priests who carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord, half of them in front of Mount Gerizim and half of them in front of Mount Ebal.”
- Judges 4:4 – Deborah and Aaron help Moses: “Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time.”

- Nehemiah 8:2 – Aaron and Hur support Moses: “And Ezra the scribe stood on a wooden platform that they had made for the purpose. And beside him stood Mattithiah, Shema, Anaiah, Uriah, Hilkiah, and Maaseiah on his right hand, and Pedaiah, Mishael, Malchijah, Hashum, Hashbaddanah, Zechariah, and Meshullam on his left hand.”
- Psalm 99:6 – Aaron, the brother of Moses, is praised: “Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel also was among those who called upon his name. They called to the Lord, and he answered them.”
